The simile of love

Love is like
A cool summer breeze
Like two beautiful birds
Up in the trees
Like two people laughing and crying
Bending and breaking
Hoping and trying

Love is something that has a lot of stages
Even when our tempers are still raging
How great does love feel to you
Do you know what it is and if it's true

I like this one even more, I have a thing for simileies, I like them! Your poem is trying to define love, and I like the imagery it brings to mind. i like the rhythem and all that. Excellent poem Daria!!

This is a beautiful set of similes. I thought you were going to answer the age old aquestion "what is love", then you say,

"How great does love feel to you Do you know what it is and if it's true"

It's a beautiful poem, please keep writing.

Yes indeed, Daria, keep writing. The poem, as everyone says, is excellently written. Keep it up.
